On this case we created a Gamified solution to make the KPMG’s Recruiting Process as much fun as possible.
The game evaluates the trainee candidates and works as the player acts as a professional employee at KPMG, in a ficticious office. The candidate will have to take decisions each turn over a situation and will earn “development coins” to invest in a specific area of the city.
The decisions taken by the participant will compose a picture where shows how much he understands the company, as well as the result of the choices made into the city, regarding the company’s culture.
In the end the candidate has a final feedback as a result, allowing him to think about the decisions taken. The company had a lot of data to analyze to help to decide about the candidate.
